The Coalition to Unchain Dogs presents "untethered," a documentary film by Robert & Lori Hensley.

This 30-minute film follows the story of Fluffy, a dog injured from an embedded collar, as he heals and receives a fence from the Coalition volunteers. The film also shows how Coalition founder Amanda Arrington and the volunteers work to support the passage of local legislation banning the practice of unattended tethering.
